FROM THRUWAY WESTBOUND

Thruway west to Canastota Exit (Exit 34); follow Route 5 to 13 (Chittenango) south to Cazenovia; continue through the village of Cazenovia (20/13) stay on Route 13 south; the entrance to the site is a right turn directly off Route 13, south, 1/4 mile south of the intersection of Routes 20 and 13.

FROM THRUWAY EASTBOUND

Thruway east to Route 481 (Exit 34A); follow route 481 south to Genesee Street Exit (Route 92); take Route 92 East to the junction of Route 20; turn left at Route 20 stop light and travel on Route 20 east 3/4 mile to Route 13 south and turn right, the entrance to the site is a right hand turn directly off Route 13 south, 1/4 mile south of the intersection of Routes 20 and 13.

 

FROM ROUTE 81

Exit at the Lafayette/Route 20 exit; follow route 20 east for 16 miles to Cazenovia; at the junctions of Routes 20 and 13, take Route 13 south; the entrance to the site is a right hand turn directly off Route 13, 1/4 mile south of the intersection of Routes 20 and 13.

The main entrance to Lorenzo on Route 13 is marked by a site sign with a white swan and the words “Lorenzo State Historic Site.”

 

 


Admission

Admission is $5 for Adults, $4 for Senior Citizens and students, and free for children 12 and under. Friends/members are free.

Hours

In 2008, the mansion is open for tours Tuesdays through Sundays, May 13th - October 26th from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Grounds are open year round.

Gift shop

The Gift Shop is open May through November, Tuesday through Sunday 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
